CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

CUSTOM ORDERS (INCLUDING PERSONALIZED): If you are interested in a custom/personalized order, please contact us by email at olivebranch23studio@gmail.com or visit our Contact Us page to submit an inquiry. If you plan to order a large amount of an item, we recommend ordering a single one first so you can see the item in person if you have doubts about color or size. We are happy to answer any questions before you place your order and will help you find the right size product for your needs.

DEPOSIT: We send an invoice in the amount of 50% of order total for custom and personalized orders. This must be paid before we create design proof.

EVENT DATES AND DEADLINES POLICY: It is your responsibility to notify us if you need your items by a certain date. We do not accept responsibility for items that arrive after your event date if you have not notified us of your deadline. Shipping upgrades may be needed to meet your event date.

Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC does not guarantee the arrival date of any order unless you have spoken to us first via Email and we have responded that the date is possible. Please note that we do not guarantee arrival dates for any packages (regardless of the shipping method) unless you have spoken to us directly and gotten confirmation of your specific delivery date. We do not accept returns for items that arrive after the date you need them if you haven't spoken with us first. Because of the this policy, it is the customer's responsibility to check with us before ordering if you need your order by a specific date.

CUSTOM DESIGN: All products created for customers are the design and intellectual property of Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC. In purchasing a “custom design product” or paying the Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC "custom design fee”, the customer understands that these items will become Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC copywritten items and may be sold as future Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC products or used in Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC advertising. All custom design fees are non-refundable.

DESIGN PROOF: We strive to ensure customers are 100% happy with their orders before moving into production. However, all design orders are limited to two proofs. Should a customer need additional proofs beyond the first two, a $5 fee will be charged by invoice and must be paid before sending any additional proofs. Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC is not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors that are printed. We strive to catch these mistakes, but customers are solely responsible for checking and correcting their orders before giving the proof approval. All proofs are sent within 48 business hours (not including weekends or holidays) via email. During busier times (holidays, wedding season, etc.) proofs may take longer to be created and sent.

PROOF APPROVAL: A digital proof will be sent via email within 48 business hours (not including weekends or holidays). We will not move forward with production until we have your proof approval. Please keep an eye out for this communication, as approval delays will delay shipment of your products. Personalized items ship within 5 business days once payment and proof approval is received.

PRINTABLE DESIGN: Once a printable design proof has been approved and delivered to the customer via email, downloadable link, or any other method decided on, no additional editing or customization by Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC will occur. For any additional customization once the final product has been delivered, the customer will need to repurchase the item at the purchase price.

INVOICE AND PAYMENT: Upon Proof Approval, we will send an invoice of the remaining balance (less the deposit), plus any applicable fees that may apply. SHIPPING TERMS AND COST: Custom Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days once payment and proof approval is received.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders $49.99 and less will be charged $7.99, plus $0.50 for each additional item.

  • FREE Shipping: We offer Free Shippig on orders $50 and up.

According to the USPS website, USPS Priority Mail is within 1-3 Business Days. Estimated delivery times are generally very accurate, however, exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Therefore, our policy is to allow additional time for delivery, especially around the holidays. We ask to allow 3-5 business days for delivery before reaching out to us. You will receive a tracking number via email once order has shipped. It will be sent to the email used at the time of order placement. Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC does not take responsibility for any delays caused by the USPS. Please add a few extra days for delivery around holidays.

  • WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS: We will not be held responsible for orders being delivered to "wrong" or "old addresses" a customer has on file. All shipping labels are generated directly from the system information entered by the customer and at no time will we alter addresses unless specifically requested by the customer. Should your order be returned to the studio as an "Undeliverable As Addressed", you will be required to pay another shipping fee. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses, as provided by the buyer, will not be reprinted and/or reshipped at the expense of Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC.

  • NON DELIVERY OR LOST PACKAGE: We do not issue refunds on non delivery or lost packages. We cannot track down packages that are marked as delivered, but are "not received". Our best piece of advice is to talk to your neighbors, check next to your porch or back door, and talk to those you live with to make sure they didn't stash it somewhere. Your local post office can also help, call and ask to speak to your carrier and ask them where the package was left. They can also help walk you through the investigation process. 

  • DAMAGED ITEMS: If your product arrives damaged, you must complete our Return Request form within 2 calendar days of delivery date for a replacement. We do not replace damaged items after 2 calendar days.

RETURN POLICY: We can’t be responsible for a change of mind, but if a printing mistake is made on our end, we will replace the item free of charge. All custom/personalized/food grade items are non-refundable. Please note that we do our best to represent colors in all of our product photos and proofs, but due to browser and monitor settings, colors may vary from your computer screen to the print item(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS: If we have not started on your order, there would be no charge and we will refund your entire purchase in full. If we have started the proof process, there is a surcharge of $20. If we have received your final proof approval, you will be responsible for the entire order cost. Olive Branch 23 Studio, LLC reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If an order has been placed and the customer does not respond within 2 weeks to the proof email(s), the order will automatically be cancelled (minus the $20 proof charge). We make every attempt to contact the customer during this period including contacting buyers via email and phone.
