RETURN POLICY

Olive Branch 23 Studio only provides returns or exchanges when the item you purchased is deemed defective. If you receive a defective item, please complete the form below describing the defect in the product. This must be done within 2 business days of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number and email an image of defective item to:

Olive branch 23 Studio will reply to your submission within 1-2 business days. If we find the item to be defective, a replacement will be shipped. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund for your original purchase price of the defective item to your original payment method.

We can’t be responsible for a change of mind, but if a printing mistake is made on our end, we will replace the item free of charge. All custom/personalized items are non-refundable. Please note that we do our best to represent colors in all of our product photos and proofs, but due to browser and monitor settings, colors may vary from your computer screen to the print item(s).
